1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any product from SWELLTER (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“the customer” or “the purchaser”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not purchase or use our products.
2. Product Use and Safety
SWELLTER towels are designed to be used on top of a yoga mat during heated workouts.
They are not intended for use directly on wood, tile, or any other hard or slippery surface.
Use of a SWELLTER towel without a proper yoga mat or on unsuitable surfaces may result in slippage, falls, or injury.
By purchasing and using any SWELLTER product, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for using a hot yoga towel that may move or slip during use, and agree to exercise caution and proper judgment at all times.
SWELLTER, its owner(s), affiliates, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss (direct or indirect) arising from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions or safety warnings.
3. Product Characteristics and Longevity
Due to the conditions in which the towels are used, the following characteristics are normal and to be expected:
● Fading of colors or patterns over time
● Softening of fabric
● Chips or irregularities in printed designs
Such characteristics do not constitute defects, faults, or grounds for return or refund.
Towels are not guaranteed to remain in “as-new” condition.
4. Product Design and Grips
SWELLTER towels do not include grips or rubberized bottoms.
Movement and wrinkling may occur, while in use.
By purchasing, the customer acknowledges understanding and acceptance of this design choice.
5. Care and Maintenance
Proper care is required to maintain the quality of your towel.
Customers agree to follow all care instructions provided, including:
● Wash in cold water only with similar colors or alone
● Air dry
● Do not leave damp or bunched after use
● Avoid high heat, bleach, or harsh detergents
By purchasing, the customer accepts full responsibility for washing the towel in cold water and air drying to maintain quality.
SWELLTER shall not be held responsible for any damage, fading, chipping, or deterioration resulting from improper care, cleaning methods, or any other reason.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales are final.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for any reason, including but not limited to:
● Change of mind
● Dissatisfaction with color, texture, or performance
● Wear, fading, or chipping of design
● Shipping delays or errors
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges understanding and acceptance of this policy.
7. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery
All orders are shipped using third-party carriers. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, SWELLTER is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or delay in transit.
Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWELLTER, its owner(s), affiliates, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or misuse of any SWELLTER product.
This includes, but is not limited to, physical injuries, property damage, or loss of any kind, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
The customer assumes full responsibility and risk associated with the use, maintenance, and handling of SWELLTER products.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All SWELLTER products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
SWELLTER expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No advice or information obtained from SWELLTER or through the website shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
10. Product Variations
Each SWELLTER towel is individually produced. Variations in color, texture, print placement, or finish may occur between batches. Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, product names, text, and images appearing on the SWELLTER website or social media are the exclusive property of SWELLTER and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content or design may be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission from SWELLTER.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Amendments
SWELLTER reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The most current version will always be available on our website and shall apply to all purchases made thereafter.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between SWELLTER and the customer and supersede any prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

By placing an order through our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions outlined above.
